For a software editor based in Les Ulis, SolidSkills France, is searching an Inside Sales and Lead Generation Manager.
- Pre-sales function : prospecting, targeting and developing qualified sales leads using CRM tools for tracking and record updates.
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospectfs both over the phone and via e-mail by maintaining a professional approach to telemarketing.
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts.
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by identifying prospective clients as well as generate business sales marketing qualified leads
- Penetration of new markets in France with outbound telemarketing & generating interest in the compagny’s software through daily calls.
- Tracking of all activities
- Interface with account managers to pin-point top sales prospects and improve marketing and salesprocess.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent work experience
- Successful B2B inside sales experience, ideally in an inside sales/call center environment or IT environment.
- Fluent in French with strong verbal and written communication skills as well as English at a professional level
- Producing both quality and quantity of B2B sales leads
- IT Skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior sales prospecting (cold calling, lead generation)
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and energetic phone presence, excellent call handling, objection handling and closing
